Here, You’re Family
Brought my dog in at 8am in a Sunday when he was bitten by a rattlesnake. Staff were wonderful – compassionate, professional, and excellent at keeping me updated and informed, and answered my millions of questions. And my dog is doing well.
This morning, we rushed our fur baby of 12 years in after a sudden change in her breathing and eating patterns. Upon seeing her in the lobby, they took her right back, and the Dr immediately looked at our baby. The staff here were so kind, although there was nothing they could ultimately do for her. They waited for our kids to get there to say goodbye to her before she took her last breath. The Dr took her time answering every question and showing us the live ultrasound of the issues found in our baby. Although our hearts are broken the compassion these people showed was incredible in this difficult time.
They are a great place! I felt at ease leaving my dog here after his seizures to be watched for 24 hours. The pricing was actually cheaper than a few emergency vets I checked.

On August 15th, my dog, Argo, had a medical emergency discovered while at a dental appointment. We rushed him to your ER, and he not only got good care, we were treated with compassion and concern. Even after we transferred to his regular vet, the ER team collaborated with his vet to ensure he got the best care available.
Though, ultimately, we lost the battle (Argo passed September 13), we had almost a month longer with our lovely boy to, as it turned out, say our goodbyes. He was the best boy, ever.

Hello! I just wanted to thank you for looking after my Chihuahua, Little Guy, yesterday. The sub-q fluids helped him feel better until he could get blood tests done at the local vet today. He ended up having a kidney infection so he’s on antibiotics now and we are hopeful that it will clear up pretty quick and he will go back to running around and enjoying his walkies again. thanks again for seeing him.
My dog Charlie was very sick & later passed away suddenly. The staff there were like superheroes getting him in from car back to the vet. Everyone there is truly compassionate & kind when you’re going through the worst news of a pet that was very loved by his whole family. I know you all must have some very tough days there but keep going because what you do matters.
